Budi holds a Master's degree in Nutritional Science from Universitas Indonesia and has spent over twelve years researching how specific foods influence male metabolic health and sustained energy. He began Fitmalenutrition after noticing how many men felt confused by conflicting dietary advice and marketing hype, and wanted to create a resource grounded solely in evidence and real-world results.
Rendra Wijaya
Food Science & Research Director
Rendra earned his PhD in Food Chemistry from Institut Teknologi Bandung and spent seven years in agricultural research before joining our team. He brings deep expertise in how nutrients are absorbed, how cooking methods affect food composition, and how to evaluate nutritional claims against actual biochemical data.
